Michael Litman has taken his law school education and used it to launch a successful legal career in criminal and DUI/DWI defense. His educational background was in constitutional law, trial technique, and criminal defense. He gained experience working several internships in both prosecutors’ and public defenders’ offices before taking a job in the criminal defense division of the Nassau County Legal Aid Society. There, Litman spent over 3 years gaining valuable experience while handling criminal and DWI defense cases, including felonies, misdemeanors, suppression hearings, jury trials, and more.

This allowed him to gain experience in personal injury and civil rights cases.
